This authentic Soft Pad Management leather office chair from the Aluminum Group Collection is a classic example of mid-century modern office design. Originally introduced in 1969 by Charles and Ray Eames as the more comfortable evolution of the 1958 Aluminum Group line, the Soft Pad Management chair balances refined aesthetics with everyday functionality.
