We want you to feel confident with your purchase and are always happy to help.

Because our furniture is vintage and often one of a kind, all sales are generally final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.

  • If a package is lost during shipping or delivery, a full refund will be issued once the loss is confirmed with the carrier.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved for an item that is found to be undamaged and as described, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show signs of use, alteration, or improper handling.

Vintage Item Condition

All items are vintage or pre-owned and may show normal signs of age or wear. Please review photos and descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions or requests for additional images before purchasing.

Non-Refundable Fees

Taxes, customs duties, import fees, and related charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an item has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
